Meetings and Conferences

The Stone Willow Inn has the perfect meeting room for your group. The Executive Suite, located on the second floor, can accommodate a variety of meetings, retreats and social gatherings.

The room features a small sitting area, bathroom and meeting room. The meeting room has a seating capacity of 20 people boardroom style and 26 people theatre style and can be set to your specifications.

Meeting Resources:

For your audio/visual needs the room is equipped with a television, DVD player, VCR, flip charts and white board. A data jack and wireless internet are also available for your use.

Fees:

$140.00 per day

Dining Room lunch menu available upon request, ask your server for suggestions.

Food and Beverage Services are available only from the Inn. The Executive Suite is a licensed area and therefore we do not permit outside food or beverages.

All prices are subject to applicable taxes and 15% Gratuity.

It is always best to reserve your meeting space well in advance however; a minimum of 24 hours notice is required.
